The Marie-Grace Gardner doll was released in 2011, along with Cécile Rey. Marie-Grace was retired in 2014.

- Hair: Light Brown, center part, waist length, no bangs, four pin curls on sides.
- Marie-Grace's hair comes with two criss-crossed temple braids pinned to each other across the back of the head with plastic ties, with the rest loose.
- Eyes: Light blue. Was marketed as Aquamarine.
Meet Outfit[]

Marie-Grace's meet outfit is intended to reflect the more urban and city fashions from Boston (as opposed to her era contemporary, Kirsten Larson) and compliments Cecile's meet outfit; hers is less richly trimmed than Cécile's and of simulated taffeta instead of silk, reflecting that her father is considered middle class as a doctor rather than as well-off as the Reys.
Dress[]
Pink plaid taffeta dress. Boat neckline. Short puffed sleeves; drop shoulders. Front has two lapel panels of dark pink with white lace from shoulders to waist. Lace trim on lapels and neckline. Knife pleats to attach skirt to bodice. Wide skirt. Velcro closure at center back.
Pantalettes[]
White pantalettes. Eyelet lace at hem. Elastic waist.
Stockings[]
White knit knee high ribbed stockings. They are similar to the socks sold as part of Addy's Shoes and Socks.
Boots[]
White and black button boots. Slight curve at upper edge from high front to low back. Black matte vinyl toes. Four black nonfunctional button studs on outside simulated opening seam. Black soles. Low heel. Velcro closure up the back.
Hair Ribbons[]
Pink satin hair ribbons. These come tied around the braids where they connect to each other.

Hat[]
Cream felted wide brimmed hat. Pink satin ribbon around brim with additional triple-loop bow tacked on front right of crown. Two attached ribbons to tie hat under doll's chin.
Necklace[]
Gold heart-shaped locket. Starburst design on front with pink gem in center. Gold chain with lobster hook closure. Locket opens revealing interior area. Notably, there are no included images to place in locket or a way to place them.
Fan[]
Cloth and plastic hand folding fan. Plastic cream ribs with pale cream cloth. Outer ribs have hole decoration. Fan cloth has subdued print of pink flowers and green stems and leaves. Lace trim on outer edge. Cream cord tassel attached at hinge with clear squat bead above knot.
Mini Doll[]
Marie-Grace mini doll.
Marie-Grace received a mini doll in her meet outfit. Unlike other archived American Girl historical characters like Kirsten, Marie-Grace and Cécile's mini dolls were entirely retired with the launch of BeForever in 2014.
