The Skating Party Dress (also known as Samantha's Winter Party Dress) was introduced to Samantha's Collection as a Short Story outfit in 1999 and retired in 2004. It is associated with the short story Samantha's Winter Party. Retail cost was $22.
Dress[]
Pleated blue crepe dress with a satin bow around the drop waist, a French blouson top, and lace edged hem and sleeves. Elastic at ends of sleeves. Closes in back with velcro. Satin double bow in back. Right side has a snap under the bow to open the back and reveal the end of the velcro.
Barrette[]
Ridged grosgrain blue double bow barrette to match the dress. Silver barrette clasp.
