Samantha's Special Day Dress was introduced to Samantha's Collection in 2015. Retail cost is $32.

Dress

Light green print drop waist knee length cotton dress. Print of pink and dark pink flower bouquets with green leaves and pink flower/green leaf chains on light green background. Wide scoop neckline. Pleated front decorative tucks on bodice. Elbow length sleeves with slight ruffle; ruffle has scalloped white thread chain edging. Pink taffeta sash at dropped waist, tacked on sides, and loose in back for bow to be tied. Double rows of white eyelet lace at neckline, on sleeves, and edge of skirt hem. Velcros up the back.

Stockings

White thick stockings.

Shoes

Dark red Mary Jane patent-leather shoes. Ankle strap with silver oval buckle. Bow on toe. Black sole with slight heel. Velcro closure.

Hairbow

Pink wide ribbon taffeta hairbow band (of same style ribbon as dress sash). Four gathered tacked loops on left side. Elastic give (covered by ribbon) at back.

2016 Special Edition mini doll.

• A special edition mini doll of Samantha wearing the Special Day Dress and an abridged copy of The Lilac Tunnel: My Journey with Samantha was released in 2016. The shoes are black instead of red.
